Can I upgrade 1.7.0 to 1.7.3 with the latest upgrade?

What is the best way to move to 1.7.3 from 1.7.0??? Of course I would like to keep all my configerations...

I installed 1.7.3 on another drive with the exe and right off it seems to conflict with the already install 1.7.0...

You cannot automatically use the current upgrade. Upgrade to the next version one at a time; 1.7.0->1.7.1, 1.7.1->1.7.2, and finally 1.7.2->1.7.3.

As far as I know there was not an update for 1.7.0 to 1.7.1,,, Is it somewhere I do not know???

There is an update for 1.7.0->1.7.1, but not for 1.7.1->1.7.2
