config.ing.php - UploadDirBegginer-Please Help

Hi

So I've edited config.ing.php file adding following line:

$cfg['UploadDir'] = 'd:\Xfiles';

But when I'm in phpMyAdmi trying to import db files there is no option to choose ''web server upload directory''.
I'm studinyg with video tutorial and I know it should appear after you edited cfg file.
Any ideas?
