Create database

I've installed xampp and typed this into my browser http://localhost/phpmyadmin
Now how do I create a database?

Go to "Databases", and the bottom should have a "Create new database" box.

That's what I thought but there is no box to enter a name for a new database

There should be a text box directly under the"Create new Database" heading

Got it sorted I'd signed in with the wrong user name and password.
