Pictures Don't show up

I installed Xampp and when i loaded my website no images show up. The all are seen as broken. The same code works on every other server I have used, even previous installs of xampp. The paths to the pictures are correct. I have no idea what is wrong. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
