Acess Denied

Here is what i get when i try to live view in dream weaver cs4,i get Warning : mysql_connect()[fuction.mysql-connect]:Access denied for user 'slimster_nb'@'localhost'(using password:YES) in
C:xampp\htdocs\phptesting\admin\includes\fuctions\database.php on line 37
Unable to connect to database server!
Now i have xampp installed ,i have apache running and sql running , i am using windows 7 ultimate as well.What i am trying to do is view php files in dw so i can edit them
please help!
I checked the log file and it says

The user "slimster_nb" does not exists (with this password) in MySQL.
--> create this user with e.g. phpMyAdmin or verify that the password is correct.
