Does MySQL service drop?

Every so often i check my services status, and I notice that my MySQL service goes deactived.. Why is this?

The reason I ask is cause I plan on using my MySQL database here at home and using it on a webpage that I will be using my site that requires that the service remains on at all times when I call it up from work.
