Xampp 1.7.2 and Joomla help me

hello this is my main problem i already uninstall xampp and joomla in my pc. and i used my firefox and IE7 to browse yahoo and other sites but suddenly i see some site have a message like this server not found. pls help me thanks.

Sounds like a connection issue.
