XAMPP Capability

I was wondering if Windows XAMPP will work on my 64-bit version of Windows Vista Ultimate.

I didn't want to install it and have it not working.

I don't see why it wouldn't work? It's x64 and x86 compatible with as far as I know all Windows Operating systems... (maybe not 95-98)
