Having trouble using XAMPP on Windows 7 Home Basic

Hi,

I am having trouble using XAMPP on windows 7 home basic. the apache server is running but when u try to open index.php at htdocs folder, the page show "Something is wrong with the XAMPP installation :-( " anyone know how to fix this?

How exactly are you trying to open the index.php file?
