Apache problems

I got some porblems...
im new using xampp so theres proberly a simle solution to this:
When i start xampp and starts apache it says running for 2 sec and then it stops running again.
do enyome know why????

Check the \xampp\apache\logs\error.log file.

What Windows OS and which version of XAMPP?

Im using Windows vista and xampp 1.7.2
and my error log is emty

Try starting Apache using the apache_start.bat file in the xampp folder - you may have to right click on it and select to run as an administrator - it usually will tell you why Apache can't start.

Make sure you are logged into Vista as an administrator.

Do you use Skype?

Have you disabled the Vista web server called IIS?

wtf is IIS

and yes i use skype... but it arent open...

and this is all i get when starling xampp whit the bat file:
