Move to new installation

Hello. My computer broke down existing xampp installed. My hard disk was damaged. But it could save my data. Now a new computer, I installed a new xampp. However, I have recovered from my old hard drive now uses my work I do move to my new installation? I was working on the 3 wordpress site.
