nms_formmail.pl in XAMPP

I have XAMPP installed on a 64bit Ubuntu 9.04 desktop box.

I would like to install nms-formmail.pl to run on localhost for testing a form.

Is this possible?

How might I do it?

I am of an age where I've spent most of my life without the Internet, so please be patient.
