In Slackware

I want to install XAMPP in my slackware 12.2, I'm using .tgz files to install other software. But I'm not getting that format of file for XAMPP.
I think that source file can be used to install, but it is for x86-compatible processors. I'm confused does it work in my box.
I think my processor is of 32 bit.

*.tgz is identical to *.tar.gz
