where is phpSQLiteAdmin ?

The illustration at http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp-macosx.html shows that phpSQLiteAdmin should be in the left column of http://localhost , under "Tools". But my installation of XAMPP for Mac OS X 1.7.2a doesn't show it. Any idea why?

It's a picture from an older "XAMPP for Mac OS X".

It's not maintained for a long time. And I guess, Kleinweby or Oswald don't want fix the PHP5.3 problems in this program. (phpSQLiteAdmin is not our project...)
