XAMPP 1.7.2 buggy

I udpated to 1.7.2 from 1.7.1 and just got some wierd errors about timezone in php said it´s not secure to use my system timezone and it´s was switching to Europe/London something like that, I unzipped 1.7.1 back over it and my site was ok.
