behaving strange

hi everyone,
Im using xampp. I dont know what is that, whenever i access any file. it just shows me source code of the file. It means no service is working anymore. So if i access phpAdmin, it prompts me to download navigation.php file?

Any suggestion, please help, i have alot of database records in it.
