SSL not working?

I cannot get https (protected protocol) correct my if im wrong, to work. It says it cannot find the server.

There is no default login.

If the XAMPP pages requires a login, it's the same for HTTPS as for HTTP (and you have defines user/password yourself).

Its not for the xampp pages though. I took out the xampp stuff from htdocs and put in a proxy.
