Apache service not started

hi,

my apache is not starting and getting this error

Error 3: System cannot find the specified path

, I had gone through FAQ as well according to that i disable port 80 from my skype and i run Xampp-portcheck.exe as well, there also all the ports are free. But still apache is not starting...so somebody help me???

How did you start Apache?

I started with Xampp control panel, and when i click start button for apache, I get that message.

- "Svc" is checked in the CP?

Delete the service and create it new with the batchfile.
