create replication using xampp

i don't know if i can create a replication database of my local database using xampp

In principle it is possible to run Replication Databases with XAMPP (it's just a configuration matter). I am just not sure what YOU want to do. Also i made the experience, that replication with MySQL is nothing for beginners, you need to know what you are doing.
