xampp firefox crash

I just installed xampp to test locally a wordpress install.
Everything works fine but after a few minutes, firefox does not respond and crashes.
The task can't be killed even if i'm logged with an admin account.
The only thing that works is restarting my comp.
Can you help ?

Firefox seems to be not the only cause.
I have the same problem when i use chrome or IE.
The tasks can't be killed and i need to restart
I got the same problem with other platforms like wamp, easyphp.
I run vista.
