Xampp windows vista... doesn't work

Hi.

I installed the newest XAMPP in my Windows Vista Home 64 bit. But it doesn't work!!
The php is not working... http://localhost and http://127.0.0.1 I have already tried.
I put apache and mysql to start as services. When I try to use the xampp_restart.exe the following messages are showed:
"Can't find process C:\Xampp\apache\bin\hpptd.exe
Can't find process C:\Xampp\mysql\bin\mysqld.exe"
but the files are there.

Someone can help me? I can install in windows XP, but in my vista I cant.. thanks
