Ampstart not running

I've been successfully running ampstart to simulate XAMPP and it installed and ran fine numerous times. I decided it was a safe install and burned 12 copies for my reps to communicate to my hardware. All of them are experiencing the same error message now when installing on Windows XP. The same folks who installed on Vista (Same disk copy) are able to run the software fine. Any ideas?

I'm not sure how to attach an image in this forum so will type out the error message below:

Ampstart
Time Out!
Could not start Apache!
Please run AMPstart as Administrator
or try to restart AMPstart...
Program Exit

OK

Any ideas, suggestions, solutions?
