Apache laeuft nach ?nstallation nicht

Irgendwelche Probleme mit XAMPP für Linux? Dann ist hier genau der richtige Ort um nachzufragen.

Okay. Danke. Sehr seltsam.

Bitte ruf mal folgenden Befehl auf:

/opt/lampp/bin/apachectl start

Gibt er irgendwas aus?

Danach bitte ls -l /opt/lampp/etc/httpd.conf. Was wird ausgegeben?

Ok, ok. Gehen wir ins Eingemachte:

Ruf mal bitte strace -o /opt/lampp/bin/httpd auf.

Falls Du den strace-Befehl nicht installiert hast, dann bitte nachinstallieren. Ist beim SuSE dabei und kannst Du ganz leicht über YaST installieren.

Danach mir bitte die Datei /tmp/oswald mailen: oswald@apachefriends.org

Das wurde doch kniffeliger als ich mir gedacht hab! ;)

Ahh.. Yes! Endlich ein Hinweis! ;)

Die Datei httpd ist wohl kaputt.

Nun bitte noch mal folgende beide Behle nacheinander aufrufen:

ls -l /opt/lampp/bin/httpd
md5sum /opt/lampp/bin/httpd


Wie immer: Was wird ausgegeben?

Ah.. Geschafft!! :)

Die Datei ist also 0 Byte groß. Das ist in der Tat ein wenig zu wenig für einen Webserver. Bei der Installation ist also etwas schief gegangen.

Kannst Du einfach das lampp-Verzeichnis noch mal löschen und noch mal installieren?

Die xampp-linux-1.4.tar.gz-Datei sollte übrigens genau 23588256 Bytes groß sein. Stimmt die Größe? Wenn nicht, dann ist beim Herunterladen schon was kapput gegangen.

Die Dateigrösse stimmt!

Hab das verzeichnis gelöscht und per shell neu entpakt

linux:~ # /opt/lampp/lampp start
Starting XAMPP for Linux 1.4...
LAMPP: Starting Apache with SSL...
LAMPP: A MySQL daemon is already running.
LAMPP: A FTP daemon is already running.
XAMPP for Linux started.
linux:~ # /opt/lampp/lampp startapache
LAMPP: Starting Apache with SSL...

Also 8b9be8805b94b3f24d3fb1de02bdad65 ist schon mal richtig. Soweit so gut.
