Reinstalling XAMPP

Hello

In trying to connect a dreamweaver form to XAMPP for testing a database, I've deleted the databases I had created on MYSQL and now can't run MYSQL. Would it be okay to delete the XAMPP download and download another copy?

ps - I am a real novice so not very technically minded.

Follow the uninstall instructions in the xampp\readme_en.txt file and do an advanced search in the XAMPP for Windows forum for keyword uninstall and if you want to reduce the amount of results then use Sharley in the Author box.
