how to create virtual host?

You could no worse than doing an advanced search for virtualhost or vhost in the XAMPP for Windows forum as there are many many examples for you to have a go at.

If after having a go you find you are still not getting a handle on the subject then paste here your httpd-vhosts.conf file with your attempt and all the details and we will try and sort it out.
