HTTP Error 404.4 - Not Found

Hi All,

I have created a forum through Xampp and its working fine no problem but when i am trying to open some attachment including with any post i am getting bellow mentioned error.......

This error message is from an IIS webserver and not from a XAMPP/Apache.

I am a bit confuse becuase no IIS webserver is installed or configured in parallel with XAMPP/Apache

The path you posted

Physical Path C:\inetpub\wwwroot\vb\attachment.php

shows that you're using IIS as they use C:\Inetpub\wwwroot folders

You should be putting it in httpdocs within xampp.

Are you using a forum builder such as wordpress or any form of CMS (content management system) such as Joomla? The

IIS Web Core

may be caused because of one of these (I think).
