Phpmyadmin - Mysql access error 1045

Hi,
i recently downloaded Xampp and install it,and run setup-xampp.bat and then xampp-control.exe and run Apache and Mysql services.
it's ok till now, but when i wanna access phpmyadmin i'm getting

#1045 error - Access denied for user 'local'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

i don't know how to solve this problem.

The username to enter when asked is root with a blank password if you have a default XAMPP installation when trying to access phpMyAdmin as per the readme_en.txt file or the passwords.txt file in more recent releases.
