Hello,

In how much time is possible to obtain XAMPP For Linux 64 Bits?. Are you now developing this version?

Thanks for your response.

I am having the same issue - and am very new to Linux. I am using Sabayon and there does not seem to be too much documentation (that I can understand, anyway) in the forums, either there or in Gentoo.

What is the simplest way to get these libraries that I would need for xampp in my AMD 64 system?

I used xampp a lot in Windows and really want to get back to it now that I have switched to Linux.

Thank you all.

See if there are any clues in these 64*bits forum search results or these similar 64bit forum search results that might help you go forward - click on the Topic: title in these results to see the whole topic in context.

These Google results for keywords download 32 bit libraries for 64 bit amd processor for gentoo linux may help and if you experiment with those keywords you may be able to refine the results to be more specific for your particular needs - for example if you drop the word gentoo and add sabayon instead will return different results and if you drop both sabayon and gentoo from the keywords will return more general topical results.

More links to read that hopefully may be of some help:

Good luck!

Thank you for all the leads and info - I was not searching too efficiently and somewhere in these results should certainly be the answer. When I find it I'll post back the results.

Much appreciated.

Installing XAMPP ... (powerpc proces)

XAMPP is build for i386, so there is no change to run it on powerpc.

Yes, sorry, this was the closest thread I could find with my same problem - I am actually running on an HP with an AMD Turion 64. Will go and do my due diligence with the tips I've received.

And, thank you.
