Take a look here:
http://www.apachefriends.org/en/faq-xam ... s.html#cpu

Just add Win32DisableAcceptEx to the end of the httpd.conf file then save it and restart Apache.

The thing is that i had the siver for over 4 months now

And thsi guy added me on msn and asked about free advertisign and i said no, then he ripped my site theme, and then told me that if i dont add his banner on m site he would flood my site, and so he did :/

Each time i start xampp now cpu goes to 100% becuse off the flooding, he unblocked me from msn and sked again if i would advertise his banner and i said no, and they are still flooding

(or will that you just wrote make the flood stop ?) Atlest i try it thanks

If your server is maxing out the CPU then the above fix will work as per the link I posted for you to read and understand - Did you even bother to read that page in the link???...
...and as I said you have to ADD this line at the end of the httpd.conf file it is not there by default and may only be required for those having issues like you posted about 99% CPU usage.

1. How do you know that your site is being flooded and causing the CPU to max out?

2. What do the apache log files have to tell you about this flooding?

You are only posting a grand total of double nothing with regards to your problem - we can't see what is happening on your PC so you have to tell us by relaying what you see and what you do.

Please try to be more helpful if you want help in return.
