Un-install

Yes you did read right I have uninstalled XAMPP from my box, and was trying to get IIS6 working again, but it looks like XAMPP have set up some extra security. Now IIS6 can says I have to give account and password for my site when I try to access it.
Is there any command or any script I can run to get this reset back to "normal" ??
