ERROR: Apache service not started [-1]

I found after i installed xampp-win32-1.7.1-installer.exe
after completed i start the xampp control panel
the filezilla and mysql was started and running
But the apache not working even i press start

Busy
ERROR: Apache service not started [-1]
please help!

Start Apache with the batchfile "apache_start.bat" and read the error message (if any).

i have this on manaul start the 'apache_start.bat' because on my xampp
It was unable to start the apache on the control panel but filezilla & mysql was able to start and running too.
My Junipter netscreen firewall 5GT was then set to
0.0.0.0:80
What is the correct setting for 80 ports on firewall.

It said:

httpd state 0 Service 1 Start 1 Thread 0 0p 0 Port 80

You have already a webserver running (which is using port 80). Stop this server, and you can start XAMPP/Apache.
