Help needed asap

nothing works, i believe that apache is kinda a virtual server - everyone is able to view my contents that are on the "website" or other words inside my localhost.
but its not working, how am i able to use it ? internally? give it a specific ip adress <static ip> ? help, tutorial needed or something like that... tnx ahead.

I have no idea what you are talking about.

Come back with more specific detail including error messages, what you are doing, what you have done, what you see on your screen etc.

What version of XAMPP?
What version of Windows?
Both omitted.
