Delete / Remove Localhost Files

Postby newprogr » 29. March 2009 21:21

Localhost files remain at the http:// level even after I removed / uninstalled Xammp. I plan to reinstall Xammp. However, I wish to remove the remaining Localhost files that still show up at the http:// level. How do I remove these files? Please advise or point me in the right direction for answer. Thanks

Nobbie - I could use little direction regarding the clearing of my Browser Cache. I tried the Disk Cleanup approach and that did not work. Please steer me in the proper direction. How do I list my Browser Cache in effort to delete selected files? Thanks

Which files did you mean?

after I removed / uninstalled Xammp.

If you have uninstalled XAMPP, there is no webserver running, your browser can't connect to a webserver:
Thus your browser can't you show anything (maybe you have enabled offline browsing in your browser...)
