Cannot Access MDB2

I am new to PHP and PEAR, so please forgive me if this has been discussed before or elementary.

I have XAMPP installed in Windows Vista and I am using PHPEclipse as my IDE. While developing, I included the line:

require_once("MDB2.php");

When I save the project I am getting the following warning:

Description Resource Path Location Type
Include filename: "MDB2.php" doesn't exist in project: /baseball

Is there an additional path I need to set, or include, for this project?
