Just Installed XAMPP and getting error LIBMSQL.dll

Just Installed XAMPP and when I try to open the MySql admin I get a "Access Violation at address XXXX in module LIBMSQL.dll.
What is this from and how do I fix it??

To administer MySQL using a GUI use phpMyAdmin and for an alternative to the deprecated WinMySQLAdmin search the forum for an alternative as both your original error and a possible alternative have been discussed many times before.
