We need more info as the error images only give MS errors - check the Windows Event Viewer which may have more detail but not guaranteed to.

What OS and which version of XAMPP?

Did you use the installer version?

If so did you elect to install components as a service.?

What error message when trying to run mysql_start.bat file?

BTW could you scale down your image size for the forum please.
Thanks.

Can you also give mysql_start.bat file a go as it usually has a better error message.

To copy and paste the console window click on the little icon top left and then on Edit - Mark the text to copy then back to the Edit menu, select Copy then over to the forum text box, right click and select Paste.

BTW I think you can copy and paste the Event Viewer message which will be better than an oversized huge screen cap image - you could even crop the white space out to reduce it's size.

Double click on xampp-portcheck.exe and see what is on the ports XAMPP uses, ideally they should all be free or occupied by XAMPP components.

Do you have IIS installed and running or another instance of MySQL which is indicated in your again oversized image cap.The other instance of MySQL may be in conflict with the XAMPP instance.

So everything is working now and when you go to http://localhost and run all the demos you don't have any errors.

Good luck.
