The user name for XAMPP

Hi,

I've just installed XAMPP 1.7.

In order to enhance security, I did the following according to the installation instruction.

/opt/lampp/lampp security

I set the password for XAMPP page, but I did not know what the user name was.

When I tried to open the page with http://localhost, I was prompted to enter the user name.

What would be the user name?
It is not "admin", as I assumed.

Don't have XAMPP for Linux running, but look in the folder /opt/lampp/htdocs for a file named .htpasswd (it is a hidden file, if you look with an Filemanager activate it, in a terminal use the parameter a with ls). There should be one line inside like this:

username:password

Could be also in /opt/lampp/security (if this folder exists).
