Issue with phpmyadmin disappearing

My problem is that phpmyadmin folder keep disappearing, I've been searching my xampp folder for it, but no result...

I took action and reinstalled xampp.. guess what, 2 days later gone...

I reinstalled again, because I really need to work with it, then again 1 day later gone... I guess it has something to do with me booting my computer or my computer actually crashing, which it does when I run certain applications. As if I just run the computer normally it works fine. Now I need a more stable solution to this...

I'm running Windows Vista x64, need other specs, just ask, it's just a dev comp...
