I know that starting Apache and then clicking on "Admin" in the Control Panel allows connection to http://localhost/.
"Admin" for MySQL opens a window that disappears after a few seconds.
"Admin" for FileZilla opens a window that might connect to that server and if it does it hangs on waiting for authentication
