Problems with installation

Hello,
I have installed xampp-win32-1.6.8-on my computer.
In the end of the installation xamp is checking my ports and i get the message: port 80 or 443 (SSL) already in use! installing apache2.2 service failed

When i ignore this message and continue with the installation and i start the xampp portcheck, all the ports are FREE

When i start the XAMPP control Panal i can start every service. When i want to go to http://localhost i get i message that the page can't be found. But if i go to https://127.0.0.1 XAMPP is working and i get the message Welcome to XAMPP for Windows Version 1.6.8 !
In this 'controlcenter' I can go to the status of my services.
I see this:

MySQL database DEACTIVATED

PHP DEACTIVATED

HTTPS (SSL) ACTIVATED

Common Gateway Interface (CGI) DEACTIVATED

Server Side Includes (SSI) DEACTIVATED

SMTP Service ACTIVATED

FTP Service ACTIVATED


So, something is wrong and i don't know what. Can anybody explain why some services are deactivated while in the XAMPP control Panal application everything is running. And why is localhost not working?
Is my localserver now working or not?
