static cookie via tomcat 5.5

Hi all ,

I am trying to add static cookie with Apache tomcat 5.5.25
upon session open . this cookie should be additional to JSESSIONID
so far i could only find the way to append to JSESSIONID cookie.
but i do need to create a static cookie for the load balancer .
this load balancer can pars the JSESSIONID ,but it will work much better
with a static cookie . is it possible to create one ?
