I have just installed xampp on win xp and keep getting the message.

winMsql Admin 1.4

access violation at address 10009FBO in module 'LIBMSQL.Dll read of address 00000000

also in SQL Admin i get the message

Not Found
Driver 3.51 Not Found

can any one help.

I am trying to setup Joomla which program should I use for the Localhost ? if Not xampp

"winMsql Admin 1.4" is not XAMPP.
