I'm trying to export a big db(180MB~22MB gziped) from phpmyadmin and I get a corrupted file of 7.8MB... When I imported that db I changed some timeouts at the config file of phpmyadmin... What must I do now?

Don't use phpMyAdmin. USe the MySQL command line clients.
