phpmyadmin password?

I've never used phpmyadmin before, but I noticed that it was installed and running through lampp on my server, so I thought that I should give it a try. What's the login? And how do I change it?

I cant seem to login with any of my user accounts or db-accounts...

when you open,must input username and password.

Thanks for the reply, but unfortunately I've made the security changes so root and "" doesn't work anymore. I can't think of anything else that I might have set as a password / username than what I've already tried.

Is there a way to reset/recover the password? I think that it should be possible since I have an administrator password for the mysql database. But how?
