PHP error appearing on welcome page after fresh install!

Hi can anyone tell me why I might get this appearing in the top left of the page/window

Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in N:\xampp\htdocs\xampp\head.php on line 27

the page is http://localhost/xampp - The Welcome page. thanks in advance

EDIT: ALso the page title says XAMMP <?include('.version');?> as the Title (Tab)

doesn't matter about this ok , it seems for me 1.6.7 is bugged up to f*@k so I have started again with a new HDD 100% Fresh Install of Everything but xampp = 1.6.6 and I have upgraded each part manualy (apart from apache itself) Everything is fine now (touch wood)
