What Exactly does xampp_start.exe do?

Hello,

I am running Xampp Lite on a USB drive and developing an application that I want to share with my staff.

What I'd like to know is exactly what process/files does the xampp_start.exe/xampp_stop.exe call?

I ask because I'd like to reproduce this inside my custom application without the German and I'd also like to run this start program from somewhere other than inside the xampplite directory.

If possible I'd also like to install xampplite into a different directory.
