Modify apache2 header with filter rules

Hi

I need to modify the header in case the keyword "/testurl/" is in the URL. Then apache should not send the normal header, but a "HTTP/0.9" header which is very much reduced.

Can I do this with apache2 filters? If yes, how can I do this?

Or is there any other solution?

I'm using WHM/cpanel on this server and therefore I don't want to modify the apache sourcefiles. I still want to use easyapache to recompile apache later on.
