Xampp WIKI not working from outside the network

Hi!

I have published wiki in the Xampp apache server.

When I host the server I can access only from inside the netwok and not from outside.

I have also hosted Apache JSP server and that is working all fine but may be due to some security problems the wiki is not working.

Do I have to change some settings for this in Xampp. It works in port no 3128

What Wiki-System?
What is working on Port 3128?
