Need help with Joomla Page

I can't get past the database page...I'm sure my problem is here in these areas that I've highlighted in pink, could someone please please help me. I must not understand what this means, and yes I'm way stupider than you at this, but I'm trying to learn... Please Mr Wiedmann don't delete this post.... I'm looking for someone else to get a shot at this.... If I'm doing something way wrong here would you let me know instead of deleting my posts

It's just vice verse - you *MUST* understand what this means. This is definately your problem and you will *NOT* solve it until you know, what you are doing there.
