Problem with password and username

Hello.
I am a new in this field.I downloaded XAMPP and instal it.Follow the instruction on apache web site.
I put username and password,but,probably goes something wrong.Now when i tried to open control panel,i was asked for username and password,but when i tried the username and password i created nothing hapend,exactly,says the username and password was incorect.
Can i reset that????

Seams i put wrong words.Sorry for my english.

I mean like this:
i install XAMPP-ok
i open security on the control panel-ok
i change us. and pass.-ok
but
i probably pres some buton beside the one i want to-wrong
now,i dont know what is us. and pass.
